Last week was freakin tiring.....
Complete my ICCT....i think i got some P+ for some technics ah....aiyo, like got use...it just means i more violent and aggressive lar....
Then Monday Wednesday and Thursday ICCT, Tuesday SOC training, and then Friday my OC ask me take IPPT...haven train for so long le lar....not fit le lar....my 2.4 km only 9.54.....shit.......100 gone le lor..... sian diao rite.....totally lar.....but i am proud of myself lor...siao....this kind of condition still not bad result....
I sprain my neck and injured my back and hand.....then take IPPT...how worst can u get....
