OK, first up, on my first cheerobics in Aces, I discovered that Aces are pretty not well like by the general public...haha...as u can tell from the enthusiasim of the crowd around us after the senior team was announced to be the champion:

I am not debating on this point because it has been around for how freaking long...about the rivaries between different teams, and how aces what what what, how magnum what what what and stuff...nah...I dun think we should really care about the past and such...it's OVER...HISTORY. =)
What I care is how we should be walking from this day onwards.
I do admit that for such debates, the truth holds to some extent. But to me, I feel that many people who have been around for long just forgotten something very important in the process of becoming stronger and stronger, that ultimately, cheerleading is out to have fun.

Cheerleaders are supposed to bring smile to people.
What's the real point of all these rivaries man...I really dunno how come it can last for so long...people are so blinded by this urge to win. Yes, I admit it is good to win, I have competitive blood in me and the urge to win too everytime I compete in anything.
But the ultimate winners are not the one that won the game, but those that won the stage and applause. There will always be winners and losers in a competition. There's nothing really constant like always being the winner. Magnum lost after 5 years champion. Aces could also lose after 3 years champions. It's like that, that's how life really goes, ups and downs.
Ultimately, can u let this physical honour go and embark on a new road of humility, to actually cheer for the sake of having fun, friendly competition and to inprove the standard of cheerleading in Singapore?
Aces are not that zai if you compare to countries like Japan, Thailand, Taiwan and America. We know, most people know. So the point is to recognise that there are better people out there to learn from and compete with, and there will never be a win-win situation if everyone sees each other as enemy.
Ultimately, you have a choice to fight all u want in the well, or help each other to climb up the well to see a bigger world.
I dunno...to me I just love the fun involve in the game, and the behind the scenes in Aces that people dun see. Aces are just cock people at times who wants to have some fun.
I just hope that one day, we could change the image of Aces, the REAL IMAGE, we would have valuable friends that can cheer with us, and cheer for us happily and sincerely when we win:
"OMG...ACES WIN...SO TOUCHING"
"LET'S GO ACES LET'S GO!"
And maybe have juniors from JCs or Secondary School that would willingly opt to join us so that Aces can get stronger and stronger. Instead of everyone against us or so, like just because they were taught by Magnum and there's some Aces-Magnum rivary...please dun think of it that way...cheerleading is a choice by passion. Dun forget your passion just because of some stupid clan rivary...so off lar...
