311 sucks...I forgotten what is strategic control system, strategic leadership and also the ambidextrous organizational structure.30 marks damage. OUCH..
I should have read thru all those really irrelevant end chapters that was not even touched in tutorials..I really should have remembered the cheem name structure which I didnt...sucks...
